Product Description:
TianJiao Non-dairy Whipping Cream Powder is a high quality, spray-dried, emulsified, white or yellow power mainly made of glucose syrup, vegetable oil and milk protein. It can be stored under normal temperature, so it is easy for storage, transportation and usage.

Application:
whipping cream,cake cream and topping agent, small designed package retail for home using;

Types:
1)WP30(30%fat, 3% protein) with sugar;
   Usage:Mix WP30 with ice water, high speed whipping 6-9 minutes;
2)WP40(40%fat, 2-2.5% protein) with sugar;
   Usage:Mix WP40 with ice water, high speed whipping 6-9 minutes;
3)TB50(50%fat, 4-6% protein);
   Usage:Whip the liquid (compose of 150g TB50,300g ice water and 75g sugar),with a low 
   speed to start, then middle speed and high speed, total spend 3-4minutes;
4)TB55(55%fat, 4-6% protein);
   Usage:Whip the liquid (compose of 150g TB55,300g ice water and 75g sugar),with a low 
   speed to start, then middle speed and high speed, total spend 3-4minutes;
