Topping base powder for making whipped topping, cake fillings, mousses,desserts and frozen desserts. Easy to whip and store outside the refrigerator. Topping base powder is giving a fast and high overrun combined with an excellent smooth mouth feel, creamy taste and foam stability. Topping base powder is based on vegetable oil, proteins and specific composition of vegetable emulsifiers. The whipping time is less than 3 minutes. Product is stable at room temperature.
Whipped cream is cream that is whipped by a whisk or mixer until it is light and fluffy. Whipped cream is often sweetened and sometimes flavoured with vanilla. Whipped cream is often called Chantilly cream or crème Chantilly.
